Nestled on the 61st floor of One Raffles Place, one of the tallest skyscrapers in Singapore, Altimate offers clubbers a night of booze and partying with a view. Dance the night away with cool house genres and tantalising neon lights that perfectly amps up the club’s vibe, while taking in sips of their cocktails, housepour wines, champagnes, and premium spirits. For non-liquor drinkers, sodas and juices are also available on their menu. The crowd is generally composed of young professional bursting of youth and vigour.

Cover charge for guests is $30 and is inclusive of one standard housepour. Be ready to present your ID, such as government-issued passport, as the club poses age limit rules:  18 years old for ladies and 21 years old for gentlemen.

2. Attica

Attica boasts with two levels of dance floors that cater to different kinds of partygoers, attracting both locals and foreigners. If you like to grind to hip hop beats, cool R&B, and Top 40 hits, the first level of the club is the place for you. The interior is definitely impressive as it is decked with couches and a display of party lights that would entice you to bust your moves on the dance floor. Followers of Electro, House, and Trance music will be in for ear-candy treats as DJs at Attica Level 2 specialises in those genres.

Ladies are treated extra special on Wednesday nights as the entrance is for free, plus they get to enjoy a complimentary drink and the week’s special dessert. Tiramisu with Kahlua shots, please! Attica charges $30 with two drinks included on Wednesday (for male guests), Friday, Saturday, and public holiday.

3. Avry

AVRY Singapore lives up to its name play with its interiors that add bird cage touches, setting off an aviary feel. Start to flutter your night away as you walk past the club’s entrance that looks exquisite, with lit mirrors and a playful display of a neon sign that reads “good girls are bad girls that never get caught”—in glaring pink, perfect for a quick Instagram photo op to remember your night of partying.

VIP tables are available inside the club for a fee that ranges from $1,500 to $3,000. AVRY’s music selection will let you grind to hip-hop and R&B tunes, plus 90’s and hits from the early 2000s that will bring nostalgia to all 90s babies. Cover charge is at $35 with one free drink.

4. Bang Bang

Bang Bang

Queuing can be expected outside the doors of Bang Bang as this is the only night club in Singapore that does not charge its guests upon entry. LED walls and trendy interiors add to the night club’s appeal and intimate vibe.  The club also boasts of sophistication and top of the line service that has attracted international celebrities like Godon Ramsay, Ja Rule, Sulja Boy, and Will-I-Am inside its closed doors.

An age requirement of 18 years for ladies and 21 years for gentlemen is implemented by the club. Be sure to bring your Singapore ID or passport when choosing to party in this club to secure your fun night out with a bang.

5. Canvas

Art, music, and booze coexist in this club where all your senses are awakened by sights, sounds, and taste. Not to mention a great party crowd, composed of expats and locals (mostly young professionals) to spend the night with. Dance to music ranging from Afro-Latin, House, Nu-Disco, Swing, and Techno. Come in for laughs fortnightly on Tuesdays as stand up comedians take center stage.

Cover charge is at $20 to $30 and includes one free drink. Standup comedy on alternate Tuesdays is priced at $30. Ladies come in for free on Thursdays and get unlimited vodka from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

6. Ce La Vi

Ce La Vi

Ce La Vi celebrates life with memorable parties lined up every week on top of Marina Bay sands with the view of Singapore all around. From techno-house to nu-disco, R&B, hip-hop, and funk—this club takes into consideration the different tastes in music that partygoers may have. Not only that, Ce La Vi’s menu also merges Western dishes with Asian flavours.  

Entry to Ce La Vi’s Club Lounge and SkyBar is at $22 per guest from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily. Past 10:00 PM on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and special events, the cover charge is at $28, inclusive of one premium pour.

7. 36

Get ready to meet oppas (ladies!) and dance ala Gangnam style in this Korean-themed club along Beach Road! Owners of 36 take Singapore locals and foreigners alike with spins of K-pop blending in with hip-hop and electro beats.

The interiors of 36 will transport you to the nightlife in Korea’s Gangnam district, as flashy neon UV lights flash through the dance floor. Their Soju Bomb is definitely the bomb! This explosive drink is directly imported from Korea and crafted in house. Cover charge is at $30 for gentlemen with two drinks included and free entry for ladies!

8. Commas

Located on the rooftop of Suntec City, you can expect to groove along with nostalgia to smooth R&B and hip hop jams the whole night in Commas. The place is exquisite with its interiors channelling the Georgian era. It is one of the most intimate clubs found in Singapore.

Be sure to dress to impress as this club says no to athletic wear, shorts, singlets, and slippers! Cover charge is at $36.

9. D’Underground

D’Underground offers a different kind of clubbing experience. Aside from booze and dancing, guests of the club can enjoy singing their hearts out through KTV or get all competitive (and drunk!) with beer pong and other drinking games. You won’t have to worry about emptying your mobile’s battery as one impressive feature of D’Underground are the availability of NOMO power banks, which guests can use to charge their phones for only a dollar!

Cover charges differ for free-flowing beer and other house pours: come in at 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM - $30 for ladies and $40 for gents; 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM - $25 for ladies and $35 for gents; 8:30 PM to 9:00 PM - $15 for ladies and $25 for gents. 10. F. Club

If you’re into themed clubs and are always on the point then it comes to fashion, then F.Club is the place to be! Short for “Fashion TV Club,” party goers can choose to sashay between their genres of choice as F. Club serves up vocal and progressive and vocal house music in their Diamond Hall, while the Ruby Room’s vibe is filled with chart-topping tunes, hip-hop, and R&B jams.

Cover charge is at $30, inclusive of 2 drinks. Thinking of spending longer hours partying? You can opt to pay $50 and get 6 drinks and 2 shots of liquor. Ladies get to flaunt on the dance floor for free on Wednesdays! Heads up for age restrictions. Gents should be at least 21 and ladies 18 to be able to get in this club.

11. Marquee Singapore

Marquee Singapore

The Marina Bay Sands is the home of the freshest club to enter the Singapore nightclub scene. Marquee Singapore is the newest addition to a chain of Marquee clubs with locations in Sydney, Las Vegas, and New York. What separates this nightclub greatly from others? A massive Ferris wheel inside the club!

Partygoers can purchase their tickets via Sistic or their website to get a feel of the club. Prices may vary per event.

12. Phuture

Run by Zouk group of clubs, Phuture’s club scene attracts clubbers with affordable cover charges paired with exceptional experience. Now housed in Clarke Quay, Phuture features two bars ready to serve drinks to quench your thirst after unleashing your wicked dance moves to hip-hop, R&B, and urban beats on the dance floor. Taking cue from its name, the interior of this club brings a futuristic and industrial appeal, similar to warehouse clubs in the alleys of Berlin and New York.

Cover charges may vary depending on the events hosted by the clubs. Normally, entry fees of $25 for gents and $20 for ladies are in place, inclusive of 2 drinks. Some events are free, so be sure to drop by their website to checkout events before partying.

13. Tuff Club

Tuff Club

Think about getting a workout when joining the parties at Tuff Club. “Dancing is exercise,” as the club’s motto goes. Ready your cardio to soulful grooves and house music to swing to. The club encourages its guest to don comfortable clothes. Slippers and sandals are a bit frowned upon, but the management won’t deny guests entry if that is their preferred footwear.

Identification is needed at the door as the age requirement for clubbers is at least 21 years old. Cover charge is at $20—much affordable than other well-known nightspots.

14. WAN Singapore

WAN brings Hong Kong’s nightlife to its clubbers. Plus, it’s a one-stop shop for partygoers, who would like to eat and drink at the same time without having to leave the dance hall. WAN’s al fresco bar offers light snacks to fill your hungry tummy after releasing all those energy on the dance floor grooving to hip-hop, classic pop, and electric beats.

Popular on their drink menu are different flavored alcoholic bubble teas! Yup, you read that right. Ladies, be sure you are 21 years old when partying at this place, while guys should be 23 years old in order to be granted access to Zouk’s dance floors.
